This drill has a dual-LED that is 50% brighter than other single LEDs. This allows better control and precise drilling. You can choose the maximum output torque of 500 RPM or 1700 RPM, based upon the drilling task being performed. Like most of Makita’s cordless tools, this drill also has a dual-speed control mechanism. This Makita’s cordless drill is an ideal option for drilling in tight spaces, thanks to its 16′ long neck. It has too many features, and all are nicely packed in a compact housing that is very easy to handle. The drill machine is engineered cleverly. The operator can adjust the dual-speed control mechanism according to the application for precise drilling tasks. The drill weighs only 2.9lbs with a battery. This product from Makita is a cordless hammer drill and is a sub-compact drill driver. Step Inside.Quick Navigation Tools & Test Equipment Top The Milwaukee 12v when compared to the Bosch kinda battery life and tq isn't as good.theMilwaukee 12v impact however does a darn good job and keeps its tq.Īll pass the it got wet while working and keep rolling. The Bosch impact loses its impacto over a year and gets weak. Having said that Bosch 12v drill/driver wins out of the 12v drill I've had. I just need a durable drill and impact with long lasting batteries. I still have DeWalt cordless tools too-sawzall, grinder, small circular saw, impact, so I did get 2 new batteries for them.Milwaukee is looking really good right now I tell ya what. When a couple of the batteries die, it's more economical to buy a whole kit-gun, 2 batteries, charger. Like I said in my first post, I've been sticking with Milwaukee, but they are so inexpensive and practically throwaways. Remember when the 9 volt Makita's first came out (late 80's)? We thought they were the cat's meow-stripping screws and twisting your wrist until you got the hang of it.
