We know that the boy witnessed -something- in Fredbear's family diner, but it didn't appear to make him a target for explicit murder just surveilance, probably, to keep him from talking or find out what exactly it was that he knew. ![]() Which means that he was specifically targeted by the employee working that private room. In other words the reason the eyes always follow the boy's movements is because he is, literally, being watched and apparently influenced on a near constant level. Golden Freddy's 'voice' in the fourth game wasn't in the boy's head he was actually hearing someone's voice-The plush Freddy was functioning as a sort of like a nanny cam/baby monitor.
